Use this trigger to start a flow when a conversation is started by a contact. To start a flow when a conversation is started by a contact:
- Go to the guide “Triggers” and click on the box “Create a Trigger”.
- Click on the button “Start a flow when a conversation is started by a contact”.
- In “Channel”, you choose the associated channel.
- In “Flow”, you can choose which flow will be started.
- Click on “Create Trigger”.
