07.05- Start a Flow After Receiving a Call

Use this trigger to start a flow after receiving a call. To start a flow after receiving a call:
- Go to the guide “Triggers” and click on the box “Create a Trigger”;
- Click on the button “Start a Flow After Receiving a Call”;
- In “Flow”, you can choose which flow will be started;
- In “Only Groups” you can choose the group(s) that the trigger will be applied, if you leave the field empty, the trigger will be applied to all contacts;
- Click on “Create Trigger”.
