The platform allows adding labels to classify the answers. You can create your own labels to keep the messages control. This action turns the messages organization and the messages selection to export on the future an easier task. Notice that you can label messages inside the flow. To label the messages:

1. Click on the messages guide;

2. Select the messages left box that you want to label;
3. Click on the “Add label” icon;
4. You can create a new label or choose a pre-existing label;
5. Name the label;
6. When created, the label will appear on the right of your inbox.
